HOW IT WORKS?

  • CUSTOM RUG ORDER REQUEST

    Fill out the order request form! I will then review it and provide a quote with estimated production time!

    *Note: Rugs with greater detail will need to be larger in size to avoid overcrowding detail

  • PAYMENT

    Once your order has been reviewed and confirmed, you will receive a link to the invoice for secure payments, and adding recipient/shipping information

  • ORDER IN PROCESS

    The funs begins, I will begin crafting your handmade rug! The turn around time at this time is roughly 7-14 business days. This timeframe can vary dependent upon the number of commissions.

  • FINISHED PRODUCT

    At this point the process is complete and your rug is ready for shipment!

    Rugs will be shipped based on preferred shipping selection (Standard, Overnight, Priority, etc)
